Photos of Alien Touch Tattoo

These are some of the pictures I was able to get at the tattoo shop. Space was very limited so I was only able to get capture the entrance at an angle. I decided to also take a picture of the door customers walk through to get to the tattooing area. I think it would be interesting to see some type of design on it since every customer will see it.

Logo Progress in Computer

These are a few ideas I worked with on the computer. I haven't decided on the color scheme just yet. I just worked with the green (=Alien) and the combination of red, blue, and yellow (the colors of the Romanian flag) since the owner of the shop is Romanian. Maybe I'll go with different colors altogether or combine the two themes. You'll notice that I'm working with the alien face more than anything else. I feel like it could be an easily recognized symbol that is still clean but creative by incorporating the letters A,T,T. Plus, I could use the face to express the company's service and the quality of it. At first, I didn't work with the typography as much as I did the mark. I just experimented with placement of things. I eventually decided that it would be best to make the letterforms of the text relate to the letterforms within the face.

Sketches for Logo

These were some sketch ideas for an Alien Touch Tattoo logo. I was going for an iconic symbol similar to Apple, Bellsouth, or Target.
